Event Summary

The 10th annual World Drug Manufacturing summit ran from the 29th November – 1st December 2011 and saw 170+ delegates attend the summit in Berlin. Thank you to all those who participated and we hope the event was both useful and enjoyable.

We are now working on the programme for the 2012 summit and themes for this will include:

Change management – managing the impact of opex programmes, company restructuring and globalisation on people and processes
Cost reduction – understanding and reducing manufacturing costs through process economics, improved process design and operational excellence
Changing product portfolios – flexible and multi-product production facilities to meet the needs of portfolios based on more diverse products
